According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Venus Hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Child up to 6 years can share with parents (without mattress & food).

Child aged between 6-12 years will be treated as an extra person and on chargeable basis (With extra bed and food).

Child above 12 years of age will be charged full tariff as adults

In case, of cancellation is done due to some personal / official reasons or due to some unavoidable circumstances 7 days or more days prior to guest arrival, then full amount will be refunded back or we will issue a credit note for same amount for a specific duration stipulated by the management.

In case, the cancelation is done within 7days of arrival date, then the full amount will be charge as retention no refund would be given back for that respective booking.

Two discounts/offers/benefits can’t be clubbed together.

Check-in time is 1200 hours while Check-out time is 1100 hours for all SDD Hotels & Resorts. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted. SDD Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document. The primary age for all the guests must be at least 18years, to check -in all SDD Hotel & Resorts.

In case of guest-facing delay or cancellation of flight or train or road trip due to any unforeseen reason, the room cancellation charges will remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy. Such unforeseen trip cancellation may not be manifested as the waiver of cancellation charges by any SDD Hotel & Resorts.

30 % advance payment or credit card authorization is required to confirm the reservation. Full stay advance payment is required 10 days prior to arrival, failing which, the room will be released.

An extension of stay at the hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.

SDD Hotel & Resorts operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra guests above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservations in Deluxe Room, Premium Room, and Suite Rooms. Family Rooms at SDD Hotels & Resorts, however, can accommodate up to 4 guests above the age of 12 years
